Service Credit – Full Terms & Conditions

This page outlines the full terms governing the use of the Adept Visa & Migration Solutions Service Credit. By presenting, redeeming, or otherwise using this credit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

01.

Validity & Expiry

Expiry

This $500 Service Credit (“Credit”) is valid until the expiry date printed on the physical card and must be redeemed on or before that date.

Credits presented after the expiry date will not be accepted unless an extension has been approved by Adept Visa & Migration Solutions.

Extension

A one-time extension of up to three (3) months may be requested by registering the credit at:

https://adeptvisa.com.au/service-credit

Extension requests must be submitted before the original expiry date. Approval of any extension request is at the sole discretion of Adept Visa & Migration Solutions and is not guaranteed.

Where possible, Adept Visa & Migration Solutions will respond to extension requests within five (5) business days.

Eligibility & Usage

This Credit is limited to one (1) individual and one (1) service matter only.

For the purposes of these Terms, a “service matter” means a single, distinct visa application, migration assessment, or related professional engagement as defined in the service agreement.

The Credit must be declared at the time of booking and prior to the issuance of any service agreement.

The Credit cannot be applied retrospectively once:

  • a service agreement has been issued or signed, or
  • work on the matter has commenced.

Redemption of the Credit is subject to an eligibility assessment conducted by Adept Visa & Migration Solutions.

The firm reserves the right to decline to act where the matter:

  • falls outside its scope of practice
  • is unsuitable for representation
  • is inconsistent with professional obligations under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct

Applicable Fees & Exclusions

The Credit applies only to professional service fees charged by Adept Visa & Migration Solutions.

The Credit cannot be used to offset or pay for any of the following:

  • Government application charges
  • Assessing authority fees
  • Medical examination costs
  • Police clearance fees
  • Translation or interpretation services
  • Third-party service provider costs
  • Courier or postage costs
  • Administrative disbursements payable to external parties

No Partial Cash Value

If the professional service fee for the matter is less than $500, the remaining balance of the Credit has no cash value and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or carried forward.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

The Credit is:

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable
  • Not redeemable for cash

The Credit may only be used by the individual to whom it was issued, unless Adept Visa & Migration Solutions expressly authorises otherwise in writing.

The Credit cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, or benefit.

05.

Combination with Other Promotions

The Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly approved in writing by Adept Visa & Migration Solutions before the booking.

Verbal representations regarding promotional combinations will not be binding.

06.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Use of this Credit does not guarantee visa eligibility, visa approval, or any migration outcome.

All services are provided on a best-endeavours basis in accordance with:

  • the Migration Agents Code of Conduct
  • applicable Australian migration laws and regulations

Visa outcomes depend on individual circumstances and government decision-making processes outside the control of Adept Visa & Migration Solutions.

07.

Misuse, Duplication & Fraud

Adept Visa & Migration Solutions reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or invalidate the Credit if misuse, duplication, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.

This includes situations where:

  • multiple copies of the same credit are used
  • the credit is altered or reproduced
  • false information is provided in connection with its use

The firm’s determination in such matters will be final.

Professional Services Framework

All services provided by Adept Visa & Migration Solutions are subject to a formal written service agreement which outlines:

  • the scope of services
  • professional fees
  • client responsibilities
  • applicable service terms

Possession or presentation of the Credit does not create a client–agent relationship.

A professional relationship will only be established once a service agreement has been signed by both parties.

All services are delivered in accordance with:

  • the Migration Act 1958 (Cth)
  • the Migration Regulations 1994 (Cth)
  • the Migration Agents Code of Conduct

09.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and, where applicable, the Federal Courts of Australia.

10.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises in connection with the use, refusal, or invalidation of this Credit, the parties agree to follow the process below before commencing legal proceedings.

● Written Notice

The party raising the dispute must notify Adept Visa & Migration Solutions in writing at:

admin@adeptvisa.com.au

The notice must outline the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought.

● Good-Faith Resolution

Both parties will make genuine efforts to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) days of the written notice being received.

● Mediation

If the dispute remains unresolved after fourteen (14) days, either party may refer the matter to mediation with a mutually agreed mediator. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

● Legal Proceedings

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may commence legal proceedings in the courts of New South Wales.

● Regulatory Complaints

Nothing in these Terms prevents a client from lodging a complaint with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) regarding the professional conduct of a registered migration agent.

11.

Acceptance of Terms

By presenting, redeeming, or using this Credit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
